Streamer Organization

In an attempt to organize our large list of streamers, I've decided to create Full-Time and Part-Time positions. Now, before I get any further, I'm still aware that this isn't a job, nor am I paying anyone to stream, but, this'll hopefully be a way to categorize the less active streamers and reward the more active streamers. It goes like this:

Full-Time Streamer: Someone who streams as much as daily to as little as 3 or 4 times a week. These streamers put a lot of their time into the stream, so it's important to recognize them. As somewhat of an unspoken rule, full-timers retain priority over the other types of streamers because of how much they contribute to the stream.

Part-Time Streamer: Someone who streams a few times a week and less. These streamers are understandably busy in their personal life and/or just don't have the ability to stream very often. Sometimes I'll ask someone to be a Part-Time Streamer by request if we have too many streamers and very little dead time. A part-timer is most useful to fill the gaps during our off hours.

Guest Streamer: Someone who has streamer access, but not permanently. It's not a final decision, but my idea of a guest streamer would be someone who streams one entire game over the span of a few streams. Guest streamers might be appointed when there are some open hours of daily streaming available.

We've been retaining a fairly busy stream, but our "dead hours" definitely seem to lie in the afternoon and just before then. Something like 8am to 3pm EST. Nights (6pm - 3am - remember, New York time) are more or less reserved for the more active streamers, or full-timers. Inactive nights do happen sometimes, in which case, whoever's available to stream should take over. Of course, it's good to ask if anyone's going to stream first.

It's difficult to maintain the free-for-all environment of a stream, yet still have some semblance of order. Again, this is more or less a way to help things run a bit smoother. What do you guys think? Streamers and viewers alike, post your comments and tell me if this is a good idea.
